This data is used to keep the website working and secure and to produce anonymous statistics on its use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data you provide voluntarily<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you fill in the contact form, request a quote, write to us by email or WhatsApp or call us, we process the data you give us: first name, last name, email, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and any other information included in your message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guest data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you stay with us, we process the data needed to manage your booking and any further data required by law, including identity document details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies and similar technologies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website uses technical cookies and, only with your consent, statistics and third-party cookies. Purposes and legal bases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Answering requests for information and quotes<\/strong> sent via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Managing your booking and stay<\/strong>. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Complying with legal obligations<\/strong>, such as reporting guest details to the Public Security Authority (Art. 109 TULPS), tax and accounting requirements, the tourist tax and mandatory statistical surveys. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Keeping the website secure<\/strong> and preventing abuse and spam, for example through the anti-spam system of the contact form. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Collecting statistics on website use<\/strong> through Google Analytics. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner and revocable at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Displaying third-party content<\/strong>, such as the Google Maps map. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. How data is processed and whether you must provide it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data is processed with electronic and paper tools, using appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep it secure and confidential. Providing the data requested in the contact form is optional, but without it we cannot answer your request. Providing the data required by law for your stay is mandatory. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Recipients of the data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may be processed on behalf of the controller, as data processors, by strictly necessary service providers, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the website hosting and technical maintenance provider;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>TeamSystem S.p.A. (TeamSystem Hospitality), which provides the online booking system: the \u201cCalcola preventivo\u201d form opens the booking engine hosted on TeamSystem servers, where booking data is entered;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Trustindex, for displaying guest reviews from Booking.com;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Google Ireland Ltd., for Google Analytics, Google Maps and Google Fonts;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Cloudflare Inc., for the anti-spam system (Turnstile) of the contact form;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>accountants and professionals for tax and accounting requirements.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities where required by law (for example the police headquarters, the Revenue Agency, the Municipality). Data is never published or sold to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Transfers of data outside the European Union<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some providers (for example Google, Cloudflare and Meta\/WhatsApp) may also process data in the United States. In these cases the transfer is based on the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Retention period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests for information and quotes: for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 12 months, unless they lead to a booking.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Booking data and tax documents: for 10 years, as required by civil and tax law.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Data reported to the Public Security Authority: not kept longer than required by the applicable regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Statistics and cookie data: for the period stated in the <a href=\"\/en\/cookie-policy\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
